Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Pakistan: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if available).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nova Finds is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
